Green Tips
Leave no trace - take your litter home and keep our natural environment clean.
Make good use of recycle bins and sort and dispose of waste properly.
Bring a reusable bottle or hydration pack for drinking water (drinking water is provided at the Event venue) to reduce bottled water consumption.
Prepare and use your own towel instead of tissue paper.
Tips for preparation
Try to start your training at least 3 months before the Event. Beginners should train according to their abilities and slowly increase their running distance.
Gradually reduce your training intensity one to two weeks before the Event to avoid participating under accumulated fatigue, however, complete rest is not recommended.
Increase consumption of carbohydrates 3 to 6 days before the Event.
3 to 4 hours before the Event, we recommend you consume easily digestible food, hydrate adequately, and avoid fiber-rich food.
We recommend around 30 minutes of dynamic warm-up exercises before the Event. Avoid relying solely on static warm-up and stretching.
